SCENT / SMELL
All of our products are naturally based, and we do not add artificial or synthetic scents, aromas, or smells.
You can expect the scent to be the real and natural scent of the main ingredients (please check the ingredient list of indevidual products).
Based on traditional and our beliefs the scent and aroma are one of the main advantages of our products as they combine the body and soul experience.

All our products contain natural high-quality ingredients directly from the growers, we do not use synthetic color and/or scent (smell) in our products.

Product shelf life is 14 months from the recipient of the product and 12 months from opening.

All products are tested in the lab to determine the quality of our ingredients.

We offer two types of shipments for all of our clients across the EU.
- Standard Shipping takes 4-6 working days.
- Express Shipping takes up to 2 working days
We offer one type of shipments for all of our clients across the United States.
- Express Shipping takes up to 4-8 working days
All orders received during Monday-Thursday will be processed within 24 hours.
Orders received during Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and during holidays will be processed the next business day.

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?
Balémage will gladly refund any unopened or unused items within 14 days of purchase through our website.
Please note, by law and due to hygienic reasons we can not accept returns of opened and/or transparent hygiene seal removed skin care products.
Balemage.com purchases cannot be exchanged or returned in-store.
If you would like to return an item, simply place the unopened items with packaging protective material in a return package.
Please return the item(s) in its original product packaging. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to Amaranti Sihtta 25, 3118 Limassol, Cyprus.
we are unable to refund shipping charges. Please allow 10-15 business days of processing time. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your package and process your return.
Balémage reserves the right to deny returns for items that do not meet the return policy requirements.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly; regrettably, we cannot cancel or modify orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
You should expect the package for delivery in approximately 4 - 6 business days unless you have requested an expedited method of shipment. Please consider that orders made on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and during holidays will be processed the next business day.
